Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks and direct a 2-5 person crew across basic maintenance, landscape installation, and related services at client sites. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, maintaining schedules, and reporting to the Operations Manager. Prior leadership and landscape experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience leading a landscape crew or team.
• BrightView Equipment certifications preferred.
• Experience in a landscape-related field required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and load equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew.
• Ensure safety and adherence to BrightView policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
