Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Boston is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to run on-site tasks at client sites, directing a crew of 2-5 teammates. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView's quality standards while coordinating with the Operations Manager.

The role covers basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, with emphasis on safety, equipment readiness, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, loading equipment and securing loads.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and expectations.
• Identify and elevate customer issues to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
• Monitor and perform maintenance on equipment and ensure safety compliance.
