Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen.
• Supervisory or lead role experience.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to control costs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen team members to promote skill development.
• Collaborate with management to plan menus and adjust operations as needed.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities for maintenance and function.
