Job summary

Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is seeking back-of-house team members to join our craft beer family in Kailua, HI.

This full-time or part-time role pays $23–$24 per hour plus tips and DailyPay access, with employee discounts and shift meals during training. Responsibilities include receiving orders, preparing and delivering meals, and maintaining clear communication between front and back of house while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant.
• Previous experience as a food runner, expo, or line cook preferred.
• Familiarity with stations: Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
• TB clearance required to work in Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from the POS and ensure all components are prepared for plating.
• Prepare and deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining flow of orders.
• Communicate information between FOH and BOH staff.
• Answer questions regarding the menu and ingredients.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation practices per food safety regulations.
