Maui Brewing Co. – Restaurant Bar Manager in Lahaina, HI is seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will oversee bar service, manage inventory and costs, collaborate with Kitchen leadership, and drive revenue through smart scheduling and guest engagement. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
