Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill in Winchester, VA seeks a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead all back-of-house operations, ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba’s standards, and drive consistent quality daily.

You will oversee prep, hiring and training, inventory, safety, and staffing levels while upholding exceptional guest experiences and teamwork in a fast-paced, full-service casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus preferred.
• Scratch-kitchen experience a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must be 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct the prep staff to ensure food quality and consistency.
• Hire and train back-of-house staff.
• Enforce safety, security, and sanitation standards.
• Prepare kitchen areas and equipment to boost productivity.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and Carrabba’s standards.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set high standards for customer service and work ethic.
