Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee back-of-house operations at our Davenport location. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba’s standards, and drive food quality and safety daily.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience in full-service casual dining, a flexible schedule, and the ability to relocate if needed. Bilingual candidates and those with culinary leadership are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee back-of-house operations and staff.
• Ensure recipes, food preparations and presentations meet Carrabba’s standards.
• Hire and train kitchen staff and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, production, and quality control; manage line checks and cook times.
• Set staffing levels and manage shifts; balance product inventory and ordering.
