Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a Full-Service Casual Dining environment preferred.
• Able to relocate, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Directing and checking the prep staff and food quality.
• Assisting in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implementing security protocols for staff and guests.
• Preparing kitchen areas to boost productivity and reduce waste.
