Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service casual dining environment.
• Experience leading kitchen staff and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise prep staff; monitor food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implement security and safety protocols for staff and guests.
• Prepare kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure recipes, line checks, cook times, and standards meet Carrabba’s specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments; balance inventory and orders.
