Carrabba's Italian Grill in Greenville, SC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations, ensure food quality to recipe specs, and drive efficiency. You will oversee prep, inventory, staffing, and safety while upholding Carrabba's standards and guest experience.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in restaurant management, is organized, reliable, and capable of training teams in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Flexible schedule availability and ability to relocate if needed.
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff progress and monitor food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Enforce safety, security, and sanitation standards across the kitchen.
• Prepare equipment and production areas to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba's specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
• Oversee inventory checks and place food and supply orders.
• Model excellent customer service and work ethic.
• Adhere to all health inspections and company policies.
