Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-the-house operations and ensure top-quality food for guests. You will lead kitchen staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and deliver consistent results across all recipes and presentations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and vendor relationships in a dynamic casual-dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Culinary or Kitchen management preferred.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus is a plus.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability and legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Directing prep staff and ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Hiring and training back-of-house staff and enforcing safety standards.
• Managing kitchen operations, line checks, and recipe adherence.
• Balancing inventory and placing food and supply orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas.
