- Experience with LMS, educational media tools, classroom technologies.
- Ability to develop technical documentation and user guides.
- Lead-level technical support for faculty, staff, and students.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced lead-level technical support for LMS and instructional tech.
- Coordinates day-to-day operational support for online and hybrid programs.
- Administers and maintains online course environments.
- Leads technical implementation activities for instructional technologies.
- Provides faculty consultation on supported learning systems.
- Maintains and updates web-based resources and digital course templates.
