Job summary
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in Lubbock, TX seeks an IT Support Specialist IV to deliver advanced technical support for learning management systems, educational media platforms, classroom technologies, and online course materials.
The role coordinates day-to-day operational support for online and hybrid programs, administers and maintains course environments, and leads implementation of instructional technologies with documentation and end-user training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, IT, or related field with 5 years of related experience.
- Alternatively, combination of education and experience totaling 9 years.
- Eligible candidates will pass a background check after conditional offer.
Responsibilities
- Provide lead-level technical support for LMS and classroom technologies.
- Coordinate day-to-day online program support for course materials.
- Administer and maintain online course environments and workflows.
- Lead implementation of instructional technologies and user documentation.
- Escalate issues to Institutional IT when needed.
