Job summary

The Bobbitt Group in Cary, NC, a 100% Employee-Owned general contractor, is seeking an IT leader to own day-to-day IT operations across the Cary office, regional offices, and active jobsites. You will oversee help desk escalation, device and network management, and security posture.

Lead cybersecurity, SSO/MFA rollout, disaster recovery, and IT policy governance while partnering with VDC, Finance, and external providers to scale technology across a multi-site workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years IT experience, construction/AEC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AAD, Intune, and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations for the Cary office, regional offices, and active jobsites.
• Serve as escalation point for help desk issues, troubleshoot hardware and network problems.
• Lead cybersecurity across the company, including endpoint protection and patches.
