Liberty Waste Solutions, LLC in Raleigh, NC on-site is seeking a hands-on Director of IT to own infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems across the Southeast. You will lead a small team and coordinate with third-party providers while partnering with finance and operations during acquisitions.

The role requires regular travel and a strong focus on integration, security governance, and system optimization to support multi-location operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years leading IT teams.
• Experience owning enterprise apps (ERP/CRM) and working with vendors and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Lead IT strategy across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business systems.
• Own ERP/CRM systems and coordinate with stakeholders on reporting and optimization.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and IT budgets to meet business goals.
• Travel regularly within the Southeast to support multi-location operations.
