Job summary

Limiting Factor Group (LFG) is seeking an experienced IT Lead to design, implement and secure our internal technology. You will be the company's first dedicated IT hire, owning daily support and long-term system design.

You will manage accounts, security controls, and vendor relationships across multiple sites, with travel between locations and occasional after-hours work. Salary range is $140k–$185k, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT with sole or lead responsibility at a company or site.
• Experience with identity management tools such as Okta, Entra or Google Workspace.
• Experience with device management tools such as Jamf or Intune.
• Experience supporting employees across more than one location.
• Practical knowledge of IT security controls.
• Preferred: security frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Preferred: scripting to automate IT tasks.
• Preferred: setting up IT at new offices or sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage laptops, phones, user accounts, SSO, email and business software.
• Set up accounts and equipment for new hires and remove access when people leave.
• Run IT security: MFA, device management, endpoint protection, backups and security awareness training.
• Manage office and site networks, Wi-Fi and conferencing equipment with the Networking Engineer.
• Provide help desk support to employees at both sites.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses and IT budget.
• Support access and integrations for finance and HR systems.
• Prepare for customer security questionnaires and audits.
