We are looking for an experienced Desktop & Mac JAMF Engineer to provide end-user computing (EUC) support across Windows and Mac environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with Windows Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, PowerShell, and JAMF.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and administer Windows desktops and laptops.
- Manage Windows devices using Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, imaging, and task sequences.
- Develop and use PowerShell scripts for desktop management and automation.
- Deploy and manage Mac devices using JAMF.
- Configure JAMF policies, configuration profiles, device groups, applications, and compliance settings.
- Perform Mac device enrollment, application deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and post‑deployment support.
- Support Intune Company Portal registration, device onboarding, and compliance‑related issues.
- Provide remote and onsite break/fix support for desktops and laptops.
- Install, replace, and swap devices at customer locations.
- Support users during Day 1 onboarding, device replacement, and offboarding.
- Manage hardware assets, equipment returns, shipping, and spare inventory.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and tasks while meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide remote support for conferencing equipment and related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Coordinate with other technical teams to resolve issues through closure.
- Monitor and maintain equipment stock levels and replenishment requirements.
- Provide end‑user guidance for supported devices and software.
- Provide on‑call support for high‑priority incidents.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in Desktop/EUC Engineering or Administration.
- Strong Windows Desktop administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, and PowerShell.
- Strong hands‑on experience with JAMF and Mac device management.
- Experience with device enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Experience with Intune Company Portal and device compliance.
- Strong troubleshooting and end‑user support skills.
- Experience managing hardware assets and inventory.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Dearborn, MI.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
