Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Seven (7) years of professional IT experience supporting operations, maintenance, and administration of IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adapt style to audience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, secure Windows and Mac desktops in AD, standalone, and hybrid environments.
• Manage Mac OS with JAMF and scripting for configuration and management.
• Automate desktop tasks using programming/scripting languages.
• Plan, develop, and deploy OS features and new apps/services.
• Manage patch updates; create deployment packages and automate remediation.
• Leverage MacOS, JAMF, VDI, scripting, BitLocker, Azure, InTune, Office 365, OMS, AWS for performance and security.
• Provide conference room technology support (AV equipment, projectors, etc.).
• Test and supervise OS releases, vendor patches, and software deployments.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities on endpoints.
• Work in ServiceNow incident management to resolve issues within SLA and communicate with end-users.
