Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead Blow Molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold manufacturing, process optimization, and equipment validation.

You will serve as a key liaison with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure tooling designs and processes meet safety, quality, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field related to engineering.
• Strong background in plastics manufacturing and tooling.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow M molding (ISBM) tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation activities.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting tooling, processes, and equipment.
