Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer with expertise in Injection Stretch Blow M molding to lead tooling projects across manufacturing operations. You will drive mold design, qualification, qualification and process optimization, while collaborating with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling.
• Proven ability to lead mold design, qualification, and validation.
• Strong understanding of tooling standards and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new, replacement, and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional and performance specs at target cycle times.
• Develop and maintain tooling standards, docs, and BOMs; manage vendor relationships and procurement.
