Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead Blow M molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations.

You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, provide technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment validation, and collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Vendors to ensure safety, quality and performance.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering.
• ISBM tooling and injection stretch blow molding experience required.
• Experience with mold qualification, validation, and tooling troubleshooting.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of process capability studies, DOE, and SPC preferred.
• Experience supporting startup and manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all ISBM tooling projects from concept through installation.
• Develop tooling standards, BOMs, and vendor qualification.
• Drive process development, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Train personnel on tooling systems, control and maintenance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Vendors to meet specs.
