Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead blow molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualifications across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment validation.

You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure safety, quality and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Plastics Eng or related field required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Experience with ISBM tooling and vendors required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification and validation for new/rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs at designed cycle times.
• Develop and maintain standardized process sheets and POA docs.
• Train plant personnel on tooling maintenance and process control.
