Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all aspects of Blow M molding tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept through implementation, serving as the technical liaison among Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, vendors, and plant teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience with ISBM tooling, mold qualification, and validation required.
• PET packaging experience is strongly preferred; DOE and SPC knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISBM tooling projects from concept to implementation.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs and cycle times.
• Develop and maintain tooling standards and technical documentation.
• Train plant personnel on tooling systems and processes.
