Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling, mold design, validation, and process optimization across manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and vendors to ensure safety, quality and performance across tooling initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing or related field.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding tooling and vendors.
• Knowledge of mold design, hot runner systems, and tooling functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new/rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs.
• Develop and maintain Master Process Sheets and POA documentation.
• Support startup and production readiness across plants and tooling projects.
