Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or technical cert in electronics/telecommunications.
• 7+ years in telecom network engineering, circuit integration, or infra planning.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with TDM-to-IP migration and fiber/IP networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, implementation, and testing for NAS-wide systems.
• Oversee legacy-to-IP migrations and site activations.
• Provide hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across sites.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and KPIs to meet reliability targets.
• Identify risks and propose corrective actions for deployments.
• Prepare status reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
