Job summary

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking experienced Field Technicians to support our West Service Area field team, providing hands-on technical work in NAS fiber/IP integration across the NAS.

This role requires 5+ years in telecommunications, US citizenship or eligibility, ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, and regional travel to FAA sites; a college degree or technical certification is required. Salary ranges reflect federal settings and project scopes.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical certification in Electronics/Telecommunications.
• Equivalent military or field experience acceptable.
• 5+ years hands-on telecom network experience.

Responsibilities

• Technical Integration: support NAS system integration, implementation, and testing.
• Legacy-to-IP migrations: coordinate TDM to IP conversion activities across sites.
• Provide hands-on infrastructure support: configure, test, troubleshoot network hardware and servers.
