Job summary

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking experienced Integration Engineers to serve as a technical lead and mentor for the West Service Area field team. You will guide NAS-related integration, oversee TDM-to-IP migrations, and stay hands-on with network hardware across multiple NAS sites.

Requirements include 7+ years in telecom network engineering, BGP/TCP-IP/MPLS/IPv6 expertise, and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance. Regions include TX, GA, UT, WA, MO.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in telecommunications network engineering, circuit integration, or infrastructure planning.
• Deep command of BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6 for TDM-to-IP conversion.
• Hands-on experience with optical networking (fiber) and related hardware.
• Ability to model network growth and optimize capacity during large upgrades.
• Experience with ground networks and air-to-ground systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, implementation, and testing of NAS-supporting systems and guide field teams.
• Manage legacy-to-IP migrations from planning to final deployment and cutover coordination.
• Provide hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs; ensure reliability and resilience.
• Identify risks and develop corrective actions for successful implementation.
• Communicate status and results to stakeholders and leadership.
