Job summary

A3 Technology, Inc. seeks experienced Integration Engineers to serve as technical lead and mentor for the West Service Area field team, guiding the integration of fiber‑optic and IP circuits across the NAS and overseeing legacy copper and TDM migrations.

The role is on-site across NAS locations, including Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX, with regional travel. US citizenship or eligibility for a US government clearance is required, and the position involves hands-on implementation and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on telecom network engineering or infrastructure planning.
• Proven expertise with BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6 in TDM-to-IP migrations.
• Experience with optical networking and fiber hardware deployments.
• Ability to model network growth and optimize capacity.
• US citizenship or eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to field teams and own assigned activities.
• Manage migrations of legacy TDM circuits to IP-based infrastructure.
• Perform hands-on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across sites.
• Identify trends and risks; develop corrective actions.
• Prepare clear status reports and update technical docs.
