Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing client portfolios in an agency setting.
• Valid Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet production targets.
• Comfort with digital policy management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and client documentation skills.
