Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing client portfolios in an agency setting.
• Licensed Virginia Property and Casualty insurance agent.
• Strong ability to close sales and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow our insurance footprint throughout the Abingdon area.
• Guide prospective clients through our range of coverage options to find plans that meet their needs.
• Review existing policies to ensure clients are properly protected as life circumstances change.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the office team to streamline renewal and onboarding processes.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community events to deepen ties with the neighborhood.
