The Atlantic District in Spotsylvania Courthouse, VA is seeking a licensed insurance professional to join our local office. You will build and manage a client book, tailor solutions, and guide clients through claims with clear communication.

The role emphasizes community engagement, on-site collaboration, and steady growth of a client base using our proven systems. A strong track record and 3+ years in insurance sales or account management are required.

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• 3+ years in insurance sales or account management.
• Understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage limits.
• Office-based role in Spotsylvania Courthouse, five days a week.
• Proficient with computers and industry-standard management systems.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining a steady client base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs to provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage an existing book of business while seeking new opportunities for growth.
• Guide individuals and families through the claims process with patience and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate client records to ensure all policies are up to date and correctly documented.
• Participate in local community events to increase our agency's presence and visibility.
• Collaborate with the rest of our office staff to streamline workflows and improve the overall client experience.
