O’Reilly Auto Parts in Campbellsville, KY seeks an experienced and technical installer counter sales specialist who leads a team, drives installer sales, and ensures top‑notch customer service. The role requires a strong mechanics background, ASE certification, and bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred).

You will partner with the store manager, coordinate recruiting tasks, and manage warranties, returns, and credit with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading installer service counter teams
• Solid background in automotive mechanics
• Bilingual abilities with Spanish highly desired

Responsibilities

• Maximize installer sales and ensure excellent customer service
• Direct activities of installer service counter team and coordinate with store manager
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and staff development; monitor performance
• Ensure proper routing of delivery specialists and efficient operations
• Handle warranties, returns, and credits promptly and accurately
• Oversee vehicle inspections, fleet maintenance, and asset management entries
• Audit inventory discrepancies with store and management
• Support collections of past-due accounts and maintain driver license audits
