Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery staff for timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Ensure inspections are complete and daily mileages logged in fleet devices.
• Assist with front and backroom duties and handle customer labor claims efficiently.
