Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers from our installer counter. The role directs daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and strong sales relationships with installers.

Required are a strong mechanics background, good communication skills, and ASE certification. Spanish language ability is highly desired to support our diverse customer base and warranty processing obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and ability to diagnose automotive issues.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with professional customers.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired for customer interactions.
• ASE Certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take orders quickly over the phone and online; invoice and coordinate parts delivery.
• Direct delivery specialists to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles and inspections are maintained and logged daily.
• Assist on front and retail counters and support backroom duties as needed.
• Process labor claims quickly and accurately.
• Ensure warranty cores and returns are properly billed and credited.
