Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an experienced and technical installer counter specialist to drive installer sales and deliver top-tier customer service. You will oversee the installer service counter team, coordinate with store management, handle staffing, hiring tasks, and ensure warranty parts and returns are billed and credited promptly.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desired; ASE certification and automotive repairs knowledge are preferred.
Qualifications
- Leading technical parts specialist experience in a retail auto parts setting.
- Strong communication; bilingual Spanish desired.
- ASE Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maximize installer sales and provide excellent customer service at the installer counter.
- Direct the installer service counter team and coordinate staffing with the store manager.
- Ensure warranty parts and cores are billed and credited efficiently and accurately.
- Audit vehicle inspections and manage delivery vehicle maintenance and routing for efficiency.
- Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and coordinating with management.
