O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an experienced and technical parts specialist to oversee the installer service counter and related staff. The role emphasizes delivering high levels of customer service while coordinating with the store team to manage staffing and bottlenecks.

The position requires hands-on automotive repair knowledge, ASE certification, and bilingual abilities (Spanish highly desired). Candidates should be prepared to support recruiting activities and ensure efficient delivery

Qualifications

Leading technical parts specialist with strong mechanical background.
Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
ASE Certification or equivalent credentials.
Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsabilités

Directs activities of team members at installer service counter to ensure top customer service.
Work with store manager to staff ISSs, delivery specialists and support personnel.
Assist in recruiting tasks, schedule and conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and collaborate with management.
Ensure delivery specialists are routed efficiently to maximize service and minimize costs.
Handle commercial customer complaints in a friendly and effective manner.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced per company standards and log daily mileages.
Resolve inventory discrepancies with ISS and store management promptly.
Oversee installer counter to service commercial accounts with sales support.
