Strong mechanics background and communication skills are essential, with ASE certification and Spanish language ability highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Serve professional customers at the installer counter and coordinate deliveries.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice orders, pick and stage parts for delivery, and direct delivery staff.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure daily inspections and mileage logging.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Ensure returns for cores and warranties are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed; support backroom duties (stock, returns, etc.).
• Assist with customer labor claims, processing them quickly and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
