O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lexington, NC is seeking an Installer Service Specialist who works with professional customers to build sales relationships and ensure accurate, timely order deliveries. The role oversees the daily activity of the delivery staff and supports front and backroom operations.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A strong mechanic background and ASE certification are preferred, with knowledge of automotive repairs being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs is desirable.
• ASE Certification is required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Verify all product/merchandise and ensure warranties are billed before customers leave.
• Support front and retail counters and assist with backroom duties as needed.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
