Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct delivery routing.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure inspections and daily mileages are recorded.
• Verify all products are billed before customers leave.
• Assist on front/retail counters and in backroom duties as needed.
• Support delivery team and process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
