Job summary

Datavant is seeking experienced inpatient coders to join their team. This fully remote position allows candidates to work flexibly while ensuring high coding accuracy and overseeing coding team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent inpatient coding facility experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with coding quality review feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assign diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to documentation.
• Oversee and audit work of Level 1 & 2 Coders.
• Champion documentation improvement opportunities.
