Job summary

Cash Construction Corp is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large civil and utility infrastructure projects from acquisition through close-out. You will own safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction while building high-performing teams and client relationships.

The role demands 5–7+ years of PM experience on large projects, ownership mindset, and the ability to travel statewide for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent with 5–7+ years of PM experience on large civil utilities projects.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $100M in total contract value is preferred.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety and compliance on all projects.
• Document and communicate progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
• Oversee resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials to meet plans.
• Own budget, cost, forecast, and schedule; manage contract documents and changes.
• Coordinate project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.
