Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to own and drive large civil and utility infrastructure programs. You will lead from acquisition through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years of project management on large civil or utility infra projects.
• Experience with projects exceeding $100M in total contract value.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by environmental safety awareness and compliance.
• Support and advance the company culture, values, Key Results and quality management.
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
• Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials.
• Successfully integrate resources, activities, and deliverables as outlined in the Project Execution Plan.
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide successful management of all contract documents, risks and changes throughout the project.
• Project Integration Management: manage the processes and activities within the project.
• Project Scope Management: ensure all required work is included.
• Project Time Management: monitor timely completion of the project.
• Project Cost Management: manage planning, budgeting, financing, and cost controls.
• Project Quality Management: establish quality policies and responsibilities.
• Project Human Resource Management: organize and lead the project team.
• Project Communication Management: plan and distribute project information.
• Project Risk Management: conduct risk planning, analysis, and control.
• Project Procurement Management: procure external products/services.
