Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who will own the project from acquisition through close-out, driving safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.

This onsite role requires leadership to build high-performing teams on large infrastructure projects across heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, and related areas, with statewide travel.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of project management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, utilities, roadways, bridges, and/or pipelines.
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls.
• Leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn client trust.
• Ownership mindset focused on accountability and getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Lead from acquisition and pre-construction through execution and close-out.
• Own the single point of responsibility for project success, driving safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.
