Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7+ years managing heavy civil/large-scale utilities projects.
• Experience on projects $100M+ and strong PM controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
• Own budget, forecast, and schedule; manage risks and changes.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and municipalities; drive safety and quality.
• Mentor engineers and PMs; ensure effective stakeholder communication.
