Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to own large infrastructure programs from acquisition to close-out. You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while building lasting client relationships.

Onsite role with statewide travel; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates bring 5-7+ years of civil/utility PM on big projects and a proven ability to deliver results that communities rely

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines.
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls.
• Leadership to build high-performing teams and earn client trust.
• Ownership mindset and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead from acquisition through execution and close-out with full ownership.
• Direct safety, quality, schedule, and budget to meet project goals.
• Develop and mentor project team, manage client relationships.
• Ensure compliance and project controls across large infra work.
