Job summary

Cash Construction Company, a MasTec company, seeks an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to own complex civil projects from pre-construction through closeout, driving safety, quality, profitability, schedule and client satisfaction.

This onsite role covers heavy civil, water/wastewater, roads, bridges, and pipelines statewide, with relocation support for the right candidate. You will lead teams, manage budgets and contracts, and partner with clients to deliver lasting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
• 5–7+ years as a PM in heavy civil/utilities projects
• Experience managing projects >$100M

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by environmental safety and compliance
• Document and communicate progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule
• Manage contract documents, risks and changes throughout the project
• Lead project engineers and assistant project managers, while coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors
