Job summary

Cash Construction Corp is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will lead a diverse team on large civil and utility infrastructures, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.

This onsite role requires travel across Texas and beyond as needed. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of PM experience on big projects, deep knowledge of field execution, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of PM experience on large civil or utility infra projects, ideally $100M+
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines
• Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls
• Leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn trust of clients and stakeholders
• Ownership mindset focused on accountability and getting things done

Responsibilities

• Assure project safety and environmental compliance
• Document and communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders
• Direct project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials
• Maintain Project Execution Plan alignment and deliverables
• Own project budget, forecast, and schedule
• Manage contract documents, risks, and changes
• Coordinate Project Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, HR, Communications, Risk, Procurement, and Stakeholder management
