Job summary

Cash Construction Company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Texas. You’ll own the project from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5-7+ years of PM experience on major projects (>$100M), with strong leadership, scheduling, and budget management skills. Onsite work with statewide travel; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of PM experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, or Pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Assure project compliance with environmental safety and quality standards.
• Oversee project resources (staff, equipment, subs, materials) and budgets.
• Own the project budget, forecast, and schedule, and manage changes.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and municipalities.
• Lead project integration, scope, time, cost, and risk management.
