Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will own project success, drive safety, quality, and profitability while building client relationships and mentoring teams.

The role is onsite with statewide travel, offering opportunity to influence project execution, develop people, and leave a lasting impact on communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of project management on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects typically valued at $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance across the project.
• Oversee resources, schedule, budget and subcontractors to deliver project goals.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Lead project engineers and PMs, coordinating with superintendents and clients.
• Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, and risk throughout the lifecycle.
