Job summary

Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager who will own large civil or utility projects from acquisition through close-out, focusing on safety, quality, profitability, schedule and client satisfaction.

This onsite role requires 5-7+ years of PM experience on large projects, travel statewide, and the ability to lead teams, manage budgets and contracts, and build strong client relationships that serve communities for decades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5-7+ years as a Project Manager on large civil or utility infrastructure projects.
• Preferred experience on projects >$100M and with heavy civil utilities.

Responsibilities

• Assure project safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Document and communicate progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day direction of resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors).
• Integrate activities and deliverables per the Project Execution Plan.
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Manage contract documents, risks, and changes throughout the project.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and municipal clients.
• Lead project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
